  • How long does a ceramic coating last?

    The longevity of a ceramic coating can vary, and it largely depends on several factors. While ceramic coatings are designed to provide long-lasting protection, their actual lifespan can be influenced by various external and maintenance-related aspects. Proper washing techniques, equipment storage, and the quality of the ceramic coating itself influence the coating lifespan.  It is reasonable to expect multiple years out of our coatings, and with proper care, the number of years increase significantly.

  • Do I need to wax my ceramic coated equipment?

    No, you generally don't need to wax over a ceramic coating. In fact, applying wax over a ceramic-coated surface can be counterproductive.

  • Where is the work competed?

    We are fully mobile and travel to the equipment.  We currently service Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio.  

  • How long does the coating process typically take?

    The process of restoring and protecting heavy machinery and vehicles is no small feat. Each step, from polishing to ceramic coating, demands meticulous attention to detail, expertise, and patience. Here's a general breakdown of the time required for each type of equipment:


    Tractors: The treatment process for tractors typically spans 1-2 days. The time frame might extend towards the longer side if the tractor is articulated, given the added complexity and surface area involved.

    Sleeper Semi Trucks & Grain Trailers: These large vehicles, despite their size, generally require a day for the entire procedure. Their relatively straightforward structure, compared to the intricate components of farming machinery, makes the process more streamlined.

    Combines & Sprayers: Being some of the most intricate pieces of agricultural equipment, combines and sprayers necessitate between 2-3 days for a thorough job. Their multifaceted designs, with numerous nooks and crannies, mean each section requires individual attention to ensure complete coverage and protection.


    It's worth noting that while these estimates provide a general idea, the actual time can vary based on the specific condition of the equipment, the environment in which the work is being done, and the specific products being used. However, the time and effort invested to ensure the longevity, functionality, and aesthetics of these valuable machines, make it a worthwhile endeavor.
