Even though this combine was brand new, we polished the paint to remove any water spots and micro-marring. After a thorough single-stage polish, we hand-prepped each surface to remove oil residuals, ensuring the ceramic coating adhered properly.
We applied two layers of our industrial-grade ceramic coating, designed to prevent oxidation from forming in the first place. The coating was applied to the exterior body panels, track assembly, rear wheels, cab, glass, handrails, stairs, platforms, head, offload auger, rear spreader, the undersides of access panels, as well as all areas beneath these panels. Also, we opened up the back and coated the airbox, platforms, handrails, major engine components, tanks, tank fittings, and various exposed brackets. In short, we coated everything except the tires and rubber tracks, ensuring comprehensive protection and longevity for this machine.
